Wanderlust

I’m excited to get started on this journey (blog) and hope you will find the content inspirational and informative. I am an artist and photographer who loves being in the outdoors exploring all nature has to offer. Even more, I love sharing my photographic captures of my travels. What better place to do so than in Western North Carolina and Tennessee wandering the beautiful Blue Ridge and Smokey Mountains.

 

My career path is that of a Horticulturist, so I have a an extensive background in plants that I hope to share with you through my wanderings. I’m also an artist and photographer, so this is an opportunity for me to showcase some of my work from my many explorations along the mountain trails.

I hope to give you inspiration through my photographs and explorations, as well as, offer information and tips on area hikes, waterfalls and vistas. I will also try to offer information on native flora and fauna that I encounter along the trails and offer a piece of history too.
